Virtual Witnessing Rules (per s.4 of the Ontario Succession Law Reform Act and s. 3.1 of the Ontario Substitute Decisions Act):
1) The Notary (Lawyer/Paralegal) must be the first witness.
2) We provide the 2nd witness.
3) You MUST physically sign a paper copy with a pen.
4) Witnesses will physically sign their counterpart paper copy while on video and mail back to you.
